Notice Of Annual General Meeting 2026
Members are hereby invited to attend the 2026 Annual General Meeting on the 24th April 2025 from 7.15pm,to be held at: Middle Park Community Centre,150 Middle Park Avenue, London, SE9 5SD.
Draft Agenda:
1. To read and approve the minutes of the 2025 AGM
2. To receive the Trustees Report for 2025
3. To receive and approve by vote, the Treasurer’s Report for the 2025 reporting year.
4. To consider and vote on any Special Resolutions.
5. To consider and vote on nominations for the 2026 committee.
6. To conclude any other business for LSC , time permitting.
Members may request for items to be included on the agenda for discussion (time permitting). Anything requiring a more formal vote can be submitted as a motion, with a proposer, seconder, and a full description of the nature of the motion
