Balancing And Cleansing The Chakras
In Sanskrit, the word “chakra” means “disk” or “wheel” and refers to the energy centres in your body. These wheels or disks of spinning energy each correspond to certain nerve bundles and major organs. To function at their best, your chakras need to stay open, or balanced. If they get blocked, you may experience physical or emotional symptoms related to a particular chakra.
There are seven main chakras that run along your spine. They start at the root, or base, of your spine and extend to the crown of your head, each with a particular role and with it’s own spiritual colour.

The Guided Meditation.
Starting with some breathing and relaxation, our healer will take you on a journey, and ask you to visualise particular images.
Concentrate on her voice, your breathing, and the music. The meditation phase can last for more than 15 minutes, so make your self comfortable, and turn off any electronic distractions.
While you are meditating our healer with send spiritual healing to everyone.
At the end of the meditation, our healer will bring you out of the meditation, and encourage you slowly to start to be aware of your body, take a sip of water if you need to.
After the meditation and healing, please do stay for a chat and discussion.
Tell us how felt during the meditation, do you feel energised and uplifted ? Did you experience any sensations of warmth or tingling ?
How To Join The Session.
